Delivery

We're taking care of your order!

  • We ship our creations throughout Canada and the United States .

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

    (Please note that our items are made to order, so please allow 5 to 10 days for them to be made for you before shipping. These days do not include shipping time.)

  • Delivery charges are indicated during the ordering process and may vary depending on the weight and size of the items.

  • Free delivery offers may be available for certain promotions or orders.

  • Each order is carefully packaged to ensure that your blankets, cushions and other creations arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

At Siicre'Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

  • You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be clean, unused and returned in their original condition.

  • To make a return, contact us at sicreart.adm23@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the procedure.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Exchanges

You can exchange a product for another size, color or model if it is available in stock.

To request an exchange, contact us at sicreart.adm23@gmail.com specifying your order number and the desired product.

Exchanges are processed upon receipt of your returned item and verification of its condition.

  • Each Siicre'Art creation is entirely handmade , which may result in slight variations in size or color. These differences are part of the charm and authenticity of our pieces.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to replacing it or refunding it in full .
